We stand behind our businesses and the services that we offer. We want to make money like anybody else, but just as important as making a profit, we want our customers to feel good about all transactions that they have with Amy’s Gold and Silver Exchange. For us, it’s not just words, it's actions.

HERE ARE JUST SOME OF OUR GUARANTEES:

CASH FOR GOLD

  • We GUARANTEE that we will pay the most for your Gold. Most Pawn Shops, Jewelry Stores, and other Gold buying locations typically pay between 40% and 45% of current Market Value. Amy’s will pay 50% or more! If a customer finds that another location will pay more for the gold that he or she is redeeming, bring it back to us with proof and we will pay that person more, GUARANTEED.
  • We have a 10-day “change of mind” GUARANTEE for our customers. If a customer decides that she wants her piece(s) that she redeemed back, she may return to the store and return the cash that she was paid plus a 10% “restocking/administration fee”, and we will return the piece(s) to the customer.

JEWELRY SALES

  • We will not be undersold. We GUARANTEE that any piece we sell will be dramatically less than our competition would sell the same piece. If the customer should find another retail store that would claim to sell it for less, bring us proof and we will refund the difference.
  • We also GUARANTEE that our customer will be satisfied with their purchases. We have a 10-day return policy. If a customer is unhappy with a jewelry purchase for any reason, simply return it, as received, with receipt, within 10 days of purchase, and Amy’s will refund the purchase.

GOLD PARTIES

  • We GUARANTEE that we will pay the same “Top Dollar” for all gold purchases made at a Gold Party as we would in-store.
  • We GUARANTEE immediate cash payment for all gold purchased at all Gold Parties.
  • We GUARANTEE a 10% commission to the Host for all purchases made at that person’s party, within 24 hours of the party.
  • We GUARANTEE a 5% commission to the Sponsor (an individual who initially “hosted the Host” before the Host had her party) within 48 hours of the Host’s party.

JEWELRY REPAIR

  • We GUARANTEE that Amy’s will do your repairs for less.
